Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available only when specifically stated as part of a promotional campaign, special offer, or on eligible products. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Providing accurate information helps us process and deliver your order without delays. Organic Stage is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Processing

• Orders for products that are in stock are generally processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation.

• If an item is temporarily out of stock or is made to order, dispatch may take up to 10 business days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the expected dispatch date.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners.

Estimated delivery hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking details. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
